How to solved Connection problem or invalid MMI code ?
Android OS v6.0 and upper version phone's have an extra featured that called prefix. That featured adding automatically region/country code what numbers are we enter in our dial pad. It's adding by itself country code that like international dialing country code of Bangladesh is 0088 or +88. While am staying in same region where I call, it;s no need to add country code. But Android v6.0 and upper version phone has a settings Add Country code as prefix. That's way, while we call in MMI code, it show us " Connection problem or invalid MMI code". Basically we suffer it when we want to make recharge by scratch-card or checking account balance or internet balance.
Am using Robi Axiata Network in my region. So, while I call to check my balance. I dial up *222# but Android version v6.0+ are adding prefix with my country code, that is looks like 0088*222# or +88*222# and after the result is connection problem or invalid MMI code. Obviously it's an invalid MMI code. Operator set *222# for balance not set 0088*222# or +88*222#.
